Install the extension

- Download the file above and keep it (e.g. Downloads).
- Open chrome://extensions, turn Developer mode on.
- Drag the downloaded file onto the page and click Add extension.
Chrome blocks installing directly from a web page — download-then-drag of the local file is the supported path. Repeat on every Chrome profile; each profile installs and signs in separately.
After installing: enable sync
- Open the side panel → Enable Sync → Sign in with Google, using that profile's Gmail.
- Different Gmail per profile means fully separate workspaces. The same Gmail in two places shares one “Last session” — the panel offers to adopt it instead of overwriting.
Google sign-in is pre-authorized for this build. If sign-in ever reports an origin problem, the dialog prints the exact string to add — that string is always authoritative.

It is linked here for disaster recovery only, and this page must stay
behind login (Cloudflare Access). Whoever holds that file can publish
updates as this extension ID. If this page is ever reachable without
logging in, treat the key as compromised: pack with a fresh key (new
extension ID), reinstall every profile, and re-authorize sign-in.
